Jerome has been in the juice industry for over a decade, starting his journey in Manly where he built a loyal following selling fresh juices by the beach. Through years of experience, he saw a growing demand for healthier, natural alternatives that didn’t compromise on taste.

Inspired by that experience, he created Oasis, bringing his passion for fresh ingredients, quality, and community to Sydney Olympic Park.
